Strip fresh herbs quickly with the Zefiro 9 Hole Herb Stripper and Cutter. Choose one of its nine holes, then pull the stem through against the grain to remove the leaves.

When larger herbs need cutting, remove the safety buckle to expose the blade and cut them to your desired size.

• Nine stripping holes: Pick a hole to suit the herb stems you’re preparing.
• Simple de-stemming: Pull each stem through against the grain to strip away the leaves.
• Exposed blade for cutting: Remove the safety buckle to cut larger herbs to the size you want.
